Our theme: "Sonder"
Sonder is the realization that everybody around you, even strangers, are living a life just as complex as your own. Everybody’s lives are so indescribably different.
Acknowledging that we are all living different complex lives, the design elements mirror that. Some of us may be a free formed organic shape, while others are a rigid square. Despite our differences we all exist on the same plane. Together we create the diverse and colorful landscape known as Biola.
Overall characteristics of the yearbook were: type heavy, type as art, doodle elements, uniform/clean layout, and consistent coloring.
