Student Passport & Stamps

In preparation for student check-in and welcome week, the marketing team decided to create Student Passports. The idea was to construct a small, passport-sized booklet that would contain important checklists and information needed for check-in day. For example, students would be reminded to register their vehicle with campus safety, submit emergency contact forms, take their student ID photo, meet with their enrollment specialist, and so on.

To accompany the passport, we illustrated custom stamps. These stamps were used by various departments to signify completion of documents. Before leaving a check point, students would get their passport stamped to keep the check-in process organized.

The Student Passport structure was inspired by the real American passport and visual elements of the university brand. For the stamps, we were inspired by the "guilloche" technique used on dollar bills and official documentation.
